Many people are familiar with Oleksiy’s story, as this is not the first time the young man has been under our foundation’s care. Two and a half years ago, his life changed in an instant: his body suddenly began to go numb, and within a matter of hours, Oleksiy found himself in the intensive care unit—literally teetering between life and death.

But it was recently revealed that Oleksiy’s previous diagnosis was incorrect. Doctors now suspect that he has systemic vasculitis. This means that Oleksiy urgently needs new tests to confirm the diagnosis, expensive medication, and, most importantly, our support.

Oleksiy dreams of walking again, returning to school, and living a full life. And today, we can help bring those dreams closer to reality. Friends, we ask that you don’t stand on the sidelines.
