Epilepsy of the Dravet spectrum is the boy's diagnosis. The disease differs from classical epilepsy in that it has a more detrimental effect on the brain, causing developmental delays, motor and speech disorders. In addition, it is very difficult to find a treatment for this disease.

The disease cannot be cured completely, but it can be brought under control and put the child into remission. Unfortunately, no medicines available in Ukraine are effective in this task. Effective medicines have to be ordered abroad and paid for by the patient themselves.
